Eight years ago being pregnant with my first and only child, I came up with the idea of making the cake and all the sweets for my baby shower, and without any knowledge other than a couple of YouTube tutorials, I started baking. Today, I remember my beginnings with great joy and pride, although, at that moment I kept asking myself "How did I get into this mess, and how was I going to get out of it” (LOL).
In the end, everything went well but I must tell you that the shortbread cookies were too salty (LOL). That experience aroused my curiosity and my interest in my passion, for baking and pastry creations.
